Cuscinetti a rulli a basso attrito
Sono caratterizzati dall’anello interno monoblocco, rispetto ai cuscinetti tipo BC1 1442, mette al riparo da rotture che si verificano in molti motori causate appunto dallo scorrimento dell’anello interno rispetto al perno. I corpi volventi ( i rulli ) sono selezionati con tolleranze dimensionali strettissime e realizzati con leghe di acciaio ad elevata durezza ed elevato modulo elastico. Questi cuscinetti hanno classe di gioco radiale C4, caratteristiche di scorrevolezza molto elevate e possono sopportare regimi di rotazione dell’ordine dei 17.000 giri/minuto.
Low friction roller bearings
These type of bearings have rolling bodies (the balls) with tight dimensional tolerances and manufactured with steel alloys with high hardness and high modulus of elasticity. They have a larger number of balls compared to the normal ball-bearings and therefore can withstand static and dynamic loads comparable to those of the roller bearings – with much lower levels of friction – also the grooves are diamond finished to ensure an ultra-low rolling friction. These bearings have very high flow characteristics and can withstand rotational speeds of the order of 15,000 rpm.
